We had a baby!

He's Here!!! Much quicker than my labor with Deegan (12 hours), Griffin arrived after just 5 hours of labor! Mom and Dad had just showed up with lunch for Adam and my mom joked that I better give her a few minutes before I am ready to deliver so she has time to leave first. I told her that would be no problem since I was only dialated to 5 cm less than an hour before. The nurse checked and said "Just what I thought! You are 100% ready to push!" :-) Just enought time to put lunch back in the bag and run out the door mom! After the first push the doctor stopped me because Griffin's hair was already out! A few more and we were done! So, I present to you our new love:

I come from a competitive family, so I like contests. I also have left over inventory from my Baby Emblems website that I am no longer selling (Who has time for that with a job, a 2 year old and one on the way??). So, I decided that I would do a contest and giveaway from my Baby Emblems inventory today.

For those of you who don't know, I am having a baby today (Thursday)!!!

Comment on this post how much you think his birth weight and length will be, and whoever is closest will win a choice of the following: Tutu, Crayon Caddy, Binki Clip, Carseat Canopy or headband with 4 hair clip flowers. (Choose from my current inventory only-descriptions on the blog.)

Now to make it fair, I will tell you all that at my appointment 9 days ago, he was measuring about 6 lbs and 4 oz.

The contest will end when he is born, so post your answers quickly (Who knows when that will be!) since I will probably post the actual stats on facebook shortly after.
